Christmas Crafternoon!

These little trees are easy to make and are oh-so-cute! Make a set of three (small, medium, and large) and give them as gifts!
You will need:
  • pine cones of various sizes
  • wine corks
  • tiny felt balls (I ordered mine on etsy, but you can make your own)
  • hot glue gun
  • glitter
  • clear-drying glue
First cut the corks into 2 or 3 pieces with a scissors or knife. These will be the tree trunks! Spread glue on the cork pieces with a q-tip and roll them in glitter. Then, hot glue the pine cone to the cork and let it set. Hot glue the felt balls onto the "trees" as ornaments. They're done. Yay!

This building is in the NE Arts District of Minneapolis, Mn. I'm going to look at it next Saturday! It will be mine, oh yes, it will be mine.

This is Milt. That is Mort.

This is Milt. He's our hairless kitty! Milter moo is usually curled up in a blanket fort or is found chasing the dog around.

Mort is our recently adopted greyhound. He is a retired racer, but was never good enough to be in a race. He's a perfect fit for our little family. Mortimer loves doing wheelies and 180's in the air at the dog park. Good boy, Mort.

I'm sure I will have stories aplenty about these two critters, so I thought you should meet them.
